Download problems......

I have downloaded the file but get an error when I try to access it.
Two possibilities:
1- The file was corrupted during the download process. Answer- download again.
2 -You need 'unzipping' software on your computer to uncompress the folder. Answer- Search internet for free un-zipping software and install.

I have downloaded the file but cant find it!
We would advise you always download to your desktop, then the program is easy to find. Use your search function in windows to search for a file 'Do
not use'. If you still cant find it contact customer services for a download link.

I have paid for the program on Paypal but dont know where to get the program?
When you finish paying on Paypal there is a link saying 'back to bird tick list'. This link takes you to the download and product key page. Sometimes
users exit Paypal another way and lose the chance to get to this page. If this has happened to you, contact customer services by e-mail and a link for
download will be e-mailed to you ASAP.
