Will Bird Tick List Run On My Computer?
Bird Tick List Pro will run on nearly all computers running Microsoft XP and Vista (BTL will not run on MAC).
System requirements;
* Supported Operating Systems: Windows XP Service Pack 2, Vista and Windows 7
* Computer with Intel or compatible Pentium III 600 MHz or faster processor (1 GHz or faster is recommended.)
Note; if you are planning on using large images you will need a substantial processor. We recommend using 'web optimised' images with standard processors.
* Minimum of 192 MB of RAM (512 MB or more is recommended.)
* 525 MB of available hard disk space
* Microsoft SQL Server Express: installed with BTL if not present on your machine.
(for 64bit processors you may need to download the 64bit version of SQL Server Express, which is free from Microsoft, click here to download, you can also read this.)
* The latest Microsoft .Net framework (installed with BTL if not present on your machine)
* Screen size/resolution; Minimum 1024 x 600, ideal size would be 1024 x 768 or bigger.
* Internet connection preferably broadband (this is not essential although some features will not be available without it)
* Windows media player (free with Windows operating system)
* If you wish to use the import function you will need to have Microsoft Excel installed on your machine
