Why is it so cheap compared to others on the market, is it not as good?
Tick List Software has the belief that we should provide software at a realistic price not an inflated price as some other companies do. We would rather have the software
out on the market being used and receiving feedback from our users than have it sitting on our hard drive! The feedback we receive directly affects future development.
Our mission is to provide the best software on the market at the best price, the software we produce is top quality software.

I paid for the program on Paypal or Google... where do I get the download?
When you finished paying on either Google or Paypal there is a link which says "Back to Tick
List Software", this takes you to the download page, if you exit any other way you loose the
opportunity to go to your download page.
If this has happened, there is no need to worry as customer services automatically email a
download link to you upon completion, although this can take up to 12 hours.

If I download bird tick list can I use it on more than one computer?
Yes, as long as it it for your personal use you can use it on up to 3 computers. The file that you down load
just needs copied to a removable drive and then copied onto your second computer.

If I pay for the program, are there any other costs involved?
No, once you pay the advertised price there is nothing else to pay, it's yours for life.
