Quality software produced in partnership with Modern technologies at realistic prices, created by programmers who are passionate about the hobby they are designing for and using the product themselves on a daily basis.
How we do it;
We use product advisors, these are bird watchers, not programmers, they don't have to know anything about computers but they have to be avid birders and able to communicate the needs of the average bird watcher to the programmers, they test and provide rigorous feed back on the product both before and after release, there involvement is a continuous process throughout the lifespan of a product.

We encourage user feedback from our customers and respond to the suggestions made, we want customers to feel part of the development process.
All programmers take part in the hobby they are designing for, they use the product on a daily bases, they have an integral understanding of the needs of the customer, this shows in the end product.
We keep the price of our products down, this is no reflection on the quality of the program, it's just our belief that most software on the market is grossly over priced and we would rather sell 2 programs for £20 than 1 program at £40.

We keep abreast of all the latest technologies, many programs on the market use out of date languages and second rate drivers, leading to poor stability and poor presentation.
We strive to use the latest and most advanced languages available, developed by Microsoft for Windows XP and Vista, all programs are fully compatible with these versions of windows and the stability of our programs is outstanding.
We now use a technology which allows our programs to run on a computer without using any of the existing drivers or files, unlike many other technologies on the market which 'piggy back' on other programs causing computer crashes and compatibility problems.
